Matt suggests that we discuss sleep deprivation vs insomnia as confusing the two often causes unnecessary anxiety. We take him up on this excellent idea! In this episode we will see that they are very different. With sleep deprivation sleep happens easily and without any struggle, while insomnia is very different. We also see that neither has been shown to cause any health problems.
