Maybeth is one month into a CBTi course but struggles getting out of bed every 30 minutes. Tony has been told to spend 6 hours in bed and take supplements, is that a good approach? Anonymous is sleepy in the evening but sleeps little, also, his doctor wants him to wean off meds.
